What students had to say about the 2014 RMDLCF:

The opportunities at this event blew me away. The quality of the participants, venue, and organization stood head and shoulders above the normal career fair. Without a doubt, the Rocky Mountain Diversity Legal Career Fair helped open doors for me to start my legal career!
As a Colorado native attending law school out of state, the fair was a wonderful way to have the opportunity to interview, and network with employers from Colorado and engage with them on diversity issues. The fair offered a great selection of employers which practiced in my areas of interest. Interviewing at the fair was an outstanding experience because policies that support young women in the workplace and that elevate women in leadership in the firm were part of every interview I had. After the fair, I got multiple offers to come back home to Colorado for my 2L summer and I am very excited about starting my career in Denver!
Thanks so much for all of your hard work in putting this together.

Employers' perspectives

We had a very positive experience with this fair two years ago and have an incoming first year associate [from out of state] joining us. We can’t wait for the associate to join the firm in September.
The Rocky Mountain Diversity Legal Career Fair is great because it allows us to interview quality candidates from a variety of schools at which we do not otherwise conduct on campus interviews.
Great opportunity to meet students who we might not otherwise be introduced to at schools we don’t normally recruit from.
